Cancelling an order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it. Email hello@sharpshape.co.uk to tell us.
Opened or used products
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed food supplements cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing to the refund.
