What the nutrients do

Biotin, zinc and niacin contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. Biotin and zinc also contribute to the maintenance of normal hair, and zinc to normal nails. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin.

Directions

Mix 1 scoop (10.5g) of powder with 200ml of water or juice. Use a shaker or blender. The powder settles over time, so for the most accurate serving, weigh it.
