What the nutrients do

Biotin, niacin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. Biotin, zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair, and zinc and selenium to normal nails. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. Vitamin E and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Directions
