Return and refund policy

 

Cancelling your order: you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us at hello@sharpshape.co.uk, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We will tell you where to send them.

 

What we can accept back: for health protection reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened and still sealed.

 

Damaged, faulty or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us at hello@sharpshape.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.

 

Refunds: we refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, to the original payment method.

 

Return postage: unless the item was damaged, faulty or wrong, you pay the cost of returning it.

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
